What comes after the replay
The WholeLife Leadership Implementation Intensive is a three-day live virtual event where you build your architecture on your actual business, not in theory.
Day one, See the Board. You design the life the business has to serve, and map the business and the people against it.
Day two, Develop Your Pieces. You build capability instead of carrying it, and bring in the A-level resources that move the ceiling, whether those are employees, contractors, fractional providers, or agencies.
Day three, Engineer the Position. You build a plan clear enough that you know what to turn down, and the handful of numbers that tell you the architecture is holding.
Nine disciplines, from life design and leadership through delegation, strategy, and the numbers. Hiring nine senior practitioners for a half day each runs about forty-five thousand dollars. Then you'd have nine people who have never spoken to each other, and the work of connecting them would land on you, which is the work you're trying to escape.
